Counselling is a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard without judgement. Everyone’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor each session to your needs, helping you explore challenges at your own pace and move towards healing and growth.

My Approach

I work as a Pluralistic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, trained through the Level 5 Chrysalis course. This means I can draw from different approaches such as:

  • Person-Centred Therapy – offering empathy, understanding, and a safe space for you to explore your feelings.
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) – helping you recognise and change unhelpful thought patterns.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring how past experiences may shape your present.
  • Hypnotherapy (where appropriate) – using gentle techniques to support relaxation, confidence, and change.

Together, we’ll find what works best for you.

Sessions

  • Individual Counselling one-to-one sessions tailored to your needs.
  • Online Counselling – secure video sessions if you prefer to work from home.
  • In-Person Counselling – a quiet, safe environment to meet face-to-face.

Session length: 50 minutes

Fees: £65.00 per session
